If you have any difficulties with sending an e-transfer please contact us and a member of our team will be in touch.
Note, we are not currently charging for lawn signs, however if you would like to contribute to our costs for signs our recommended donation is $10.
What are the funds used for?
Please note all funds will go towards our operational costs, which includes purchasing lawn signs, maintenance of our website, and other public messaging (radio, billboards, etc.). We operate strictly on a volunteer basis, no funds will be given to a committee member as payment for their time.
Should any funds remain at the time we are able to dissolve the committee, they will be donated to Andy’s House, a Hospice Care home in Port Carling. More details about Andy’s House can be found here: Andy’s House
Can I receive a tax receipt?
Given that we are not a registered charity, we are unable to issue donation receipts for tax purposes.

Friends of the
Save South Muskoka Hospital Committee
Beginning in October 2024, any donation over $75 to the SSMHC will optionally allow the donor to have their name listed on our “Friends of the Save South Muskoka Hospital Committee” page which will include a wall of donors.
